To view an individual custom estate parcel, position the cursor over a desired parcel - you will see the parcel number grow larger.  Then click on the parcel number - the layout for the parcel will detach, expand and display to the left of the map layout.

To see the detailed plot map for the parcel, click one more time on the parcel layout.  A new window will be displayed with the plot map details, which show lot setbacks, septic areas, and proposed building envelopes.
